You may have noticed that the site has been
down for a while.... unfortunately this was due to a few
technical difficulties, but we are back... come back over the
next few weeks as the site will be undergoing a total revamp!

| Beaver Scouts |
|
The boys and girls in 5th Blackpool's Beaver Colony
continue to beaver away. Not only do they attend regular
meetings but they are always on hand to help the group with
fundraising and are always particularly helpful with the
line of coins. |
|

|
|
| Cub
Scouts |
|
|
|
The
cub pack continues to enjoy a variety of different activities.
Recent events include a German Theme night and Emergency Aid
course. There's also a cub camp coming up in March and another
one planned for September.
The Cubs have also done very well
in district competitions recently, winning the Swimming Gala and
coming second in both the 5-a-Side football and Chess
Competitions. |

| Our
Skilful Scouts |
The
5th Blackpool Scouts continue to go from strength to strength
featuring heavily in district activities and competitions. This
year they have won the swimming gala at the Paletine pool and
also the 5-a-side football competition.
A planned programme
of events continues along with scout camping activities.
